Seeing Carey AI grow from being a simple chatbot that did some basic auditing to a chatbot with advanced reporting capabilities, automation capabilities, voice responsiveness and so much more has been exciting. Even more exciting has been to see the impact Carey has had on her clients. Not transforming their operations (unless requested), but fitting in like another employee while saving the business costs and improving their insights and efficiencies.

I founded Quik-AI after years running Rose Care Group, where I saw first-hand how much time amazing caregivers spent buried in repetitive admin and routine tasks. I’ve always believed that technology should support people, not replace them — and I knew there had to be a better way. That’s what led me to create Carey, our first AI integration tool. It plugged into any care planning software and helped teams simplify their work, so they could spend more time doing what matters most: caring for people.

As Carey started making a real difference across care groups, I realised this kind of affordable, customisable AI wasn’t just needed in care — it’s needed everywhere. Many companies are in a tough spot: too complex for off-the-shelf automation, but priced out of big enterprise tools. That's where Carey comes in.
