At Quik-AI, we believe companies shouldn’t be limited by the software they happened to buy years ago. Most organisations know exactly what they want their systems to do - but instead end up compensating with spreadsheets, manual workarounds, copy-pasting, and human checks that waste time, increase cost, and introduce risk.
Large enterprises solve this with custom engineering and vast AI budgets. Everyone else is told to accept one-size-fits-all software - or replace everything and start again. We think that’s wrong.
Our mission is to make powerful, customisable capabilities accessible inside the systems businesses already use. Not by ripping them out, but by enhancing them - adding intelligence, automation, and insight exactly where it’s needed, at a cost that makes sense.
Carey grew from a simple auditing assistant into a system-enhancing AI capable of advanced reporting, automation, voice interaction, and intelligent decision support. What’s mattered most isn’t the technology itself, but the impact: Carey fits into organisations like another employee - reducing manual effort, improving visibility, and saving money - without forcing disruptive transformation unless it’s wanted.
We exist to give businesses the software they’ve always wished they had.

Founder & CEO
I founded Quik-AI after years running Rose Care Group, where I saw first-hand how much time highly skilled people were spending buried in admin, workarounds, and routine system tasks. Care givers weren’t short on dedication - they were constrained by software that couldn’t do what the job demanded.
I’ve always believed technology should support people, not get in their way. In care, that meant finding a way to reduce repetitive work without disrupting systems or asking teams to learn yet another tool. That’s what led me to create Carey.
Carey started as a practical solution: an AI add-on that could plug into existing care planning software, simplify everyday tasks, and quietly take pressure off teams - freeing them to focus on care, not keyboards.
As Carey proved its value across care groups, it became obvious the problem wasn’t unique to care. Many organisations sit in the same gap: too complex for off-the-shelf automation, but locked out of enterprise-grade AI by cost, rigidity, or disruption. They know what they want their systems to do - they just can’t make them do it.
That’s where Carey comes in.
Today, our mission is simple: to help organisations enhance the systems they already use with intelligent capabilities - integrating software, automating the repetitive work, and uncovering real value in their data - so they can operate with the confidence and capability of much larger organisations.
